RETURN POLICY:

TheEnvelopeSupplier.com sells direct to "The Trade" & our products are listed at a discount price.  Additional discounts are available upon qualifying for our 'Wholesale Rates'. 

It is important that you know your mill brand, product & envelope size when making a purchase.  You can receive swatchbooks direct from the paper manufacturer so you are confident of color, weight and quality of your items. 

If you find yourself in need of returning your product, we have provided the following return allowances. 

Unopened product may be returned within 14 days of receiving your items.  Credit will be issued for full unopened cartons at invoiced price, less freight both ways & minimum restocking fees, when received in perfect condition only.  In addition to freight charges, such returns are subject to a $25 minimum or a 20% restocking charge, whichever is higher.

Customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise.  Contact our office by phone for return approval & all returns must include a copy of your order # or packing slip.  Please ship all returns by way of a traceable method.
